We are expanding our Global Business Service Center in Serbia and building a talent pool of motivated accountants at different career stages. Whether you are just starting out in accounting or already have several years of experience, this is a great opportunity to grow in an international environment and work on diverse topics. As part of our international team, you will: Gain exposure to different areas of accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Reporting, and Compliance). Collaborate with colleagues across countries and business units. Develop skills in both day-to-day accounting operations and project-based improvements. Responsibilities
Invoice & expense processing: Review, record, and post supplier invoices, travel, and other expense claims. Accounts Receivable: Assist with customer invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. General Ledger activities : Support journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. Closing support: Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Compliance & controls: Ensure financial documents are accurate, properly approved, and in line with internal and legal requirements. Payments & reconciliations: Prepare payments and perform account reconciliations. Process improvement: Take part in projects aimed at optimizing financial processes and internal controls. Cross-team collaboration: Work with local and international teams on accounting-related topics.
Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Experience: From entry-level graduates to professionals with 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance. Technical skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage. Professional knowledge: Good understanding of accounting principles. Familiarity with finance, tax, and accounting regulations. Language skills: Good command of English (written & spoken). Knowledge of another major European language (German, French, Italian or Spanish) is a strong plus
